This Passion Fruit Green Iced Tea recipe is incredibly flavorful and fresh, and not at all overly sweet!
You can use canned or frozen pulp, or you can use fresh passion fruit. The package may indicate that it has already been sweetened. If not, you can dilute the earthy flavor of the green tea by adding a small amount of honey. Matcha is a fantastic substitute as well, but because it is more concentrated, you should use less of it. You can certainly use tea bags, but for optimal flavor and health benefits, I suggest using loose tea. This recipe would work well with either lemons or limes. Though not required, thyme gives an extra quality!
